  • How fast is your delivery service?
    We aim to deliver all items within a day upon collection! However, if due to any unforeseen circumstances, all items will be delivered within 3 days upon collection.
  • What kind of items can I send?
    Most items can be delivered with our service! However, do ensure that the items are packed before our drivers come for collection to ensure the smoothest process.
  • Can I change or cancel my booking after placing it?
    Yes, but the sooner, the better. Simply reach out to us through our email or give a WhatsApp message to our friendly staffs and we will do our best to make the necessary amendments for you.
  • What is SpeedyGo?
    SpeedyGo! is our solution for your everyday delivery solution. It is the solution we propose for everyone, not just business owner, to send their packages with the least amount of fuss.
  • Must I print the waybill?
    It would facilitate the delivery process the most if you could print the waybill. Even if it is not pasted onto the package, an A4-printed waybill would suffice too. However, do not fret if you are unable to print the waybill. Simply indicate the following on the package with a marker: Tracking ID Recipient details The friendly staffs at Speedy Xpress will print and paste the waybill onto the package on your behalf, free of charge!
  • Must I package the item?
    Yes. The item must be packaged as it will not only serve to facilitate the delivery process, it will also serve to keep your packages safe.
  • What is SpeedyFlex?
    SpeedyFlex is our personalized solution for businesses. This includes custom pricing, scheduling and direct communication with our staffs at Speedy Xpress. It is our very own solution for businesses to ensure their delivery process is optimized.
